What we have here is a circa 1969 Baltimore Bullets basketball soft felt pennant that measures 30 inches in length. The team had this logo from 1969 to 1973. The Bullets team is now defunct as saying "The Bullets" is not politically correct, anymore. The pennant is in nice shape though there are some small pin holes (see photo).
