What we have here is a 1971 Topps Baseball Complete set in beautiful condition for a condition conscious set. I would conservatively grade the set overall at, at least, near mint condition. PSA has graded the Baker/Baylor rookie #709 as PSA 7 near mint with no qualifiers. However, they graded the Bert Blyleven #26 as PSA 4 very good to excellent with no qualifiers.
