What we have here is a 1974 Topps Baseball Complete set that I would conservatively grade overall as near mint to mint. That said, PSA has graded Mike Schmidt #283 PSA 8 with no qualifiers; Reggie Jackson #130 PSA 7 near mint with no qualifiers; Dave Winfield rookie #456 PSA 7 near mint with no qualifiers; and Pete Rose #300 PSA 6 excellent to mint with no qualifiers.
