Circa 1960's The Los Angeles Rams soft felt pennant 33.5" with ram horns

What we have here is a circa 1960's soft felt pennant that says The Los Angeles Rams and measures about 33.5 inches. It is the blue, gold, and white version with the rams horns. Looks great but upon closer inspection will notice a couple minor holes and half the tassels missing (see photo).
