What we have here is a beautiful game used/worn flannel jersey from the first year of the San Diego Padres. It is a 1969 Road jersey that was worn by pitcher Dick Kelley, #22, with name in collar. It is made by Wilson and is size 42. Padres flannels are tough to find as they are only from 1969 (first year of existence), 1970, and 1971.
