What we have here is pretty unusual. It is a form of advertising put out by the May Company Department Store (now defunct) at 8th and Hill street in downtown Los Angeles that is a budget saver for the customer to sort every bill they had---clothes, food, auto, fuel, education, etc. It is old---I just don't know how old.
