What we have here is a playoff program from the 1939-40 ABL championship series. It is dated March 2, 1940 and pictures the Philadelphia Sphas on the cover. Inside it gives the line-up for the triple header with teams: Clarksburg Oilers vs. Troy Celtics, Baltimore Clippers vs. Washington Brewers, and New York Jewels vs. Philadelphia Sphas! Rare! This is pre-NBA pro basketball at its finest.
