First we have a Western Union receipt for a money order sent to Joe Louis and his Los Angeles address for $2000 from his manager, Marshall Miles. Also included is a signed check by Marshall Miles, Joe Louis's manager. This was just prior to Louis's last fight, which he lost to Marciano.
