What we have here is the 1926-27 Reach Official Basketball Guide. Reach competed with Spalding in making a Basketball Guide each year. Whereas Spalding's Guide only discussed college, Reach would cover college AND Professional. 1926-27 was the second year of the American Basketball League ABL and Reach covered the season which talked of teams like the Chicago Bruins. Reach Guides are much tougher to find than their Spalding equivalent.
