What we have here is the program from the February 21, 1969 basketball game that featured the Boston Celtics at the Los Angeles Lakers. It looks like the Celtics won 124-102 as the score is neatly written on the side of the cover which prominently shows Wilt Chamberlain dunking the ball. Playing for Boston is Bill Russell who I believe is also the coach and this is his last year playing. Of course, the Celtics also have John Havlicek and Sam Jones while the Lakers have West, Wilt, and Baylor.
